Jurgen Klopp

says Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has so much potential that it is "unbelievable" after the midfielder impressed for Liverpool on the weekend.

Oxlade-Chamberlain

was named the broadcasters' Man of the Match following Liverpool's 4-0 win at Bournemouth on Sunday afternoon. The England international has now made 20 appearances in all competitions for the Reds since his £40 million summer switch from Arsenal, in which he cited career progression as the reason for his departure from the

Emirates Stadium.

"He is on a very good way. I like it, but he has so much potential it's unbelievable, what he still not shows," the Liverpool manager manager told the club's official website.

"It's only just the beginning and I really like it, I really like it. He's like a wonderful package, I can only say. "Hopefully he stays fit, that's the most important thing. He can be much more decisive in a few moments. "[He's sometimes a] little bit too much of a midfielder instead of a striker -- there are a lot of things he can improve, but I'm really happy about the status quo." Meanwhile, Oxlade-Chamberlain registered an assist at Vitality Stadium as he helped Mohamed Salah score his 20th goal of the season. Salah's goal ensured he became the first Liverpool player to score at least 20 goals in a season since Luis Suarez and Daniel Sturridge did in the 2013-14 campaign. Liverpool goalkeeper Simon Mignolet says he received rave reviews about Salah from Roma's Radja Nainggolan when the Egyptian secured his club-record move to Anfield. "Mo is a superstar but he's very much a team player," Mignolet said. "Even on Sunday, he was working so hard for the team, getting back and defending and helping out his full-back.
"There's no danger of him getting carried away. He's very focused on his job. Teams know they have to look out for him but trying to stop him is very difficult. "I know Radja Nainggolan really well and he told me he was a brilliant player. I wasn't expecting him to score so many goals, especially as a winger, but he's done so well. "He knew what the Premier League was all about from his time at Chelsea and he obviously learned and progressed during his time in Italy. He's got quick feet but he's very strong too. You can't knock over him and he suits the

English style of play.

"To score 20 goals already is a great achievement and let's hope he stays fit and keeps on scoring goals for us."
