TRANSFER NEWS LIVE UPDATES: Follow here for the latest news and done deals from the Premier League and across Europe... Friday 14 July 19:40: Cristiano Ronaldo has just one friend left in the Real Madrid squad, it has been claimed in Spain today. Spanish publication Marca claim Ronaldo’s only pal at the Bernabeu is Brazilian full-back Marcelo. The Portuguese was close with Fabio Coentrao, Pepe and James Rodriguez but they have all now left the club. 18:28: Liverpool need at least three more signings this summer, according to former Reds striker Emile Heskey.
The Reds broke their transfer record last month to sign winger Mohamed Salah from Roma for £37million and this week officially announced the signing of striker Dominic Solanke after he left Chelsea. But Heskey reckons Liverpool need at least three more recruits as Jurgen Klopp prepares for their return to Champions League football. He told the Liverpool Echo: "Do I expect them to buy? Definitely. "Looking at what they need, they probably need a holding midfielder, a left-back and a centre-back as well." 18:15: Diego Costa and Nemanja Matic have been left out of Chelsea’s pre-season tour.
The Blues are heading off to China and Singapore next week as Antonio Conte gets to work on his pre-season training schedule. The Telegraph claim this is the clearest indication yet that the duo are set to leave Chelsea this summer with both players making Conte aware of their desire to seek a new challenge elsewhere. Matic will hold talks of his own with Chelsea director Marina Granovskaia in the coming days over his future.
16:56: Slaven Bilic has revealed West Ham are closing in on two new signings, having only recruited right-back Pablo Zabaleta on a free so far. "We are pretty close, but I prefer not to talk transfers, I prefer to work transfers," Bilic told West Ham's official website. "Make no mistake, we are working hard every day, but it is not easy. “Some clubs, like Everton, are signing a lot of players, some are signing a couple of players, and some haven't signed any. "Bu
t that doesn't mean they are not trying. I'm sure everybody is working, and everybody is trying to sign players. “What we want is to bring in the quality that is going to improve our first XI. We have Pablo Zabaleta and I am really expecting to add a couple more soon." 16:30: DONE DEAL! Manchester United have confirmed goalkeeper Sam Johnstone has signed a season-long loan deal with Aston Villa. The club tweeted: “All the best to @SamJohnstone50, who will spend the 2017/18 campaign on loan at Aston Villa. #MUFC.” 16:10: DONE DEAL! AC Milan have confirmed the arrival of defender Leonardo Bonucci from rivals Juventus. "Bonucci in Milan", the club wrote on its website alongside pictures of the centre-back smiling at the team's headquarters. Italian media claim Bonucci has signed a five-year contract. 16:05: Liverpool target Naby Keita is worth £70million, according to former Reds midfielder Didi Hamann. "He's a class player,” the German told Sky Sports. “He links up very, very well. He can play the holding role and the role a bit further forward, which I think is his better position. "Last season he scored goals and set goals up. He's a very capable player. “Is £70m too much? If it's market value, I think we've got to get away from people saying a player isn't worth it, that's what the prices are like now and that's it.”
16:00: DONE DEAL! Kyle Walker has completed his £50million move from Tottenham to Manchester City. Walker has put pen to paper on a five-year deal with City, ending his eight-year spell with Spurs, that sees him become the world’s joint most expensive defender. “I am thrilled to be signing for City and can’t wait to get started,” Walker said. “Pep Guardiola is one of the most respected managers in the world and I feel he can help me take my game to a new level.” 15:15: More Kylian Mbappe news... Reports in Spain suggest the teenager isn't convinced he'll be at Monaco next season.
A Spanish journalist asked him: "Do you think you will continue with Monaco for another season?" To which he replied: "I don't know." Mbappe's first choice is thought to be to join Real Madrid. 14:51: More on Barcelona star Neymar’s revelation that he isn’t interested in the Premier League (13:20). The striker says he enjoys watching fellow Brazil stars Philippe Coutinho and Gabriel Jesus in action for their clubs. But neither man has ever asked him to join them in England. “They never told me to come there but they do tell me they like living there. All the players who are there like to be in England,” he told Dream Team FC.
14:43: Huddersfield are preparing an improved bid for Barnsley star Andy Yiadom. Huddersfield have already signed nine players this summer, with right-back Yiadom keen to join the Terriers. The Yorkshire Post claim Barnsley have rejected an approach from their Yorkshire rivals for the 25-year-old. Swansea are also keen on the player, who only joined Barnsley on a free transfer after leaving Barnet last summer. 14:39: Manchester City have had TWO bids for Monaco left-back Benjamin Mendy rejected this week. L’Equipe claim both offers came within a 48-hour period. The first, on Wednesday, was a £35.2m (€40m) offer that Monaco swiftly turned down.

And the Ligue 1 champion weren’t interested in yesterday’s £42.2m offer either. City are, however, making progress on right-back Kyle Walker, who is due to have a medical in Manchester ahead of his £53m move from Tottenham.
14:35: Monaco ignored Arsenal’s initial £39.6m bid for Thomas Lemar. Arsenal are desperate to sign the 21-year-old but Monaco are under no pressure to sell. Get French Football News claim the Gunners could increase their offer to just under £50m and they would get the same response from the Ligue 1 champions. Monaco are said to have not even responded to Arsenal’s first bid. 14:24: Gerard Deulofeu has completed his move back to Barcelona. The playmaker was not wanted at Everton and Barca triggered his buy-back clause.
"Deulofeu has formalised his return to Barcelona,” a Barca statement read. “The 23-year-old forward was at the club's offices on Friday morning to sign the deal that brings him back to the team after four seasons with Everton, Sevilla, and AC Milan. "Before heading to the club's offices to sign the deal along with club president Josep Maria Bartomeu, Deulofeu underwent a pre-season medical at the team's training centre with the rest of Barca's internationals."

14:18: Leonardo Bonucci is all set to join AC Milan in a shock move from Juventus. Chelsea and Manchester City both failed to land Bonucci this summer. The centre-back appeared set to remain at Juve, where he has won six Serie A titles since joining the Turin club in 2010. But amazingly, Milan have come up with the required funds to bring Juve to the table and a medical is scheduled for Saturday. 14:12: Didi Hamann says Naby Keita is worth £70m as Liverpool target the midfielder. The Reds are said to be keen on the transfer, although RB Leipzig don’t want to sell.
But former Anfield great Hamann reckons the player is worth it. "He's a class player,” he told Sky Sports.

14:01: Everton are the bookmakers’ favourites to sign Olivier Giroud from Arsenal. West Ham today withdrew their interest in the striker. Giroud admits he may leave Arsenal, even though he has travelled with the club on their pre-season tour of Australia. BetStars have the Toffees in at 5/4 to secure a deal for the Frenchman. Everton have already landed strikers Wayne Rooney and Sandro Ramirez this summer.
Giroud is available for £20m. 13:55: Borussia Dortmund will make a decision on Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s future before the end of the month. Dortmund want to keep Aubameyang and have slapped a £70m fee on his head. Liverpool and Chelsea are supposedly battling for the Gabon international, with PSG having given up their interest. And German magazine Kicker claim Dortmund want the matter resolved by August.
According to the report, Dortmund are wary of selling too close to the transfer deadline. They want to avoid a situation that Schalke get into last season when they sold star player Leroy Sane to Manchester City on 2 August and failed to find an adequate replacement.
