The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC has suspended the PHALGA Constituency II Elections that took place today over the widespread use of violence and Thugs. “As a result of this widespread and wanton disruption of the electoral process as reported by field supervisory presiding officers and supervisors from the Commission and also having reviewed all situations, the Commission in accordance with provisions if section 26 of the electoral acts of 2010(as amended) hereby suspend the election forthwith “
