Website Transfer Market Web, as quoted by the Daily Express, is reporting that the Blues are on the brink of completing a deal to sign the Italian centre-half. The same article states that the west London side will cough up a transfer fee in the region of £36m to sign the promising Italy international from the Serie A champions. According to the same story, Rugani is still unsure whether he should leave Juventus to move to Chelsea FC and the centre-half’s indecisiveness is holding the deal up. The 23-year-old struggled to hold down a regular starting spot in the Juve first team under Massimiliano Allegri last term despite his glowing reputation.
Chelsea FC made Jorginho their first summer signing in a £57m deal from Serie A side Napoli last week. The west London outfit managed to see off competition from Premier League champions Manchester City in Jorginho.
