Barcelona have been dealt yet another injury blow, with midfielder Denis Suarez set to miss their clash with Chelsea in the Champions League next week. The Blues travel to Camp Nou to take on the La Liga leaders after drawing 1-1 with them in the first leg of their round of 16 clash in the illustrious competition last month. They’ve been handed a boost ahead of the colossal task at hand, with Spanish central midfielder Suarez set to be one of many absentees on Wednesday. Although the former Manchester City youngster has been a bit-part player for Barca this season, manager Ernesto Valverde holds him in high esteem and Suarez was likely to be part of the squad to face Chelsea. Antonio Conte’s men will be desperate to take advantage of Barcelona’s recent injury woes, as Andres Iniesta also remains sidelined.
