Herrera and Rojo start, 4-3-3: Alternate Man United lineup vs Huddersfield Town Manchester United will seek to forget their midweek Premier League defeat at Tottenham Hotspur when they host Huddersfield Town at Old Trafford on Saturday afternoon. The Red Devils are currently 15 points off the top of the table, and the focus should now lie on firming the runner-up spot ahead of their close rivals.
Formation: 4-3-3
Line-up:
David de Gea could not do much in restricting Tottenham Hotspur in midweek with the defence pretty much in tatters. He will however hope to clinch his 15th clean sheet of the league campaign this weekend. Antonio Valencia is likely to maintain his position on the right-back but there could be a change in the opposite side with Luke Shaw getting an opportunity ahead of veteran ace Ashley Young. In central defence, both Phil Jones and Chris Smalling had their issues versus Spurs, and Mourinho opt to replace the latter with Marcos Rojo, who has surprisingly been warming the bench in recent outings. United have looked more assured in a three-man midfield, and Mourinho could opt for the change. Ander Herrera and Nemanja Matic are likely to share the defensive duties between themselves whilst allowing Paul Pogba to make his bursting runs forward. Alexis Sanchez is pretty a certainty to start, and the Chilean could make his home debut on the right wing with Marcus Rashford starting on the left flank while Romelu Lukaku will lead the attack through the middle.
