Frank Lampard has called upon Chelsea FC to exploit Manchester United’s shaky defence when the Blues head to Old Trafford in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon. The Red Devils warmed up for their showdown with the defending champions by keeping a clean sheet in their goalless draw with Sevilla in the Champions League on Wednesday night. Chelsea FC, meanwhile, managed to earn a 1-1 draw with FC Barcelona in the first leg of their last 16 clash against the Spanish giants at Stamford Bridge on Tuesday. Manchester United will be looking to claim victory over the Blues in front of their home fans as they look to get their Premier League form back on track after having lost two of their last three outings in the top flight. And former Chelsea FC star Lampard feels that Manchester United’s shaky defence could be exploited by the Blues at Old Trafford this weekend. Speaking to BT Sport, Lampard said: “The [Manchester United] back four has never been consistently great this season. “There has been a lot of chopping and changing, looking for the right mix – and they haven’t quite got it [yet].” Chelsea FC are currently in fourth place in the Premier League table as they look to try and at least finish in the top four in Antonio Conte’s second campaign in charge. Jose Mourinho will also be keen to lead Manchester United to a top-four finish after they finished in sixth place in the top flight last term.
