Chelsea have set their sights on re-signing Borussia Monchengladbach's star attacking midfielder Thorgan Hazard. The younger brother of Blues talisman Eden Hazard was on the west London club's books between 2012 and 2015 but failed to make an impact. The 24-year-old was sent on loan to both Zulte Waregem and Monchengladbach during his time at Stamford Bridge before making his move to the German outfit permanent in 2015. Hazard has gone on to make 69 Bundesliga appearances for the club scoring 16 goals. When asked about being linked with a move away from Monchengladbach, the Belgian attacker told Bild: ‘If you play well in your club and help your team win, that makes one of course interesting for big clubs. 'At the moment, only Borussia counts for me. And that the club will qualify for Europe again.’ Thorgan's younger brother, Kylian, is also at Chelsea having completed a move last summer. The 22-year-old attacking midfielder is yet to feature under Antonio Conte.
