Arsenal will look to book their place in the final of the Carabao Cup when they take on Chelsea at the Emirates on Wednesday night.

Here is the side Gooner Mac thinks Arsene Wenger will select for the game: Goalkeeper: David Ospina has been Arsenal’s ‘cup keeper’ for the last two seasons, even in the Champions League, and he played in the first leg of the semi-final so I see no reason why Wenger wouldn’t stick with him tomorrow. Defence: Wenger played a back four during the win over Crystal Palace at the weekend but he’s gone with three in defence in the majority of the games against the ‘top 6’ this season, including the first leg at Stamford Bridge, so I think we’ll see him revert to a back three on Wednesday night. Laurent Koscielny should keep his place as we have a week’s rest before our next fixture so his Achilles can recover while Shkodran Mustafi should also retain his place at the back. Nacho Monreal was superb against Palace but is a slight doubt to face Chelsea after limping off at the weekend so Rob Holding could come in to the back three tomorrow night.

Midfield:

Sead Kolasinac is the favoured choice when we play wing-backs so I think he’ll come in on the left with Hector Bellerin once again starting on the right. Aaron Ramsey could be back in contention as he faces a late fitness test after missing the Palace game through illness. He might not be 100% so I think Jack Wilshere will keep his place alongside Granit Xhaka with Rambo on the bench.

Attack:

Alexis Sanchez has completed his move to Man Utd while Henrikh Mkhitaryan moved in the opposite direction but the Armenian international isn’t eligible as he’s already played in the competition this season. Danny Welbeck is still out with a muscle injury while Olivier Giroud is also still nursing a hamstring problem so we don’t have too many options in the attacking third. Therefore, I expect to see us go with the same front three that started at the weekend with Mesut Ozil and Alex Iwobi supporting Alexandre Lacazette in attack. Young duo Reiss Nelson and Eddie Nketiah will provide options from the bench. Here is how I think we’ll see Arsenal line-up:
