Jose Mourinho’s side picked up a 4-2 win away at Watford on Tuesday night. After a brace from Ashley Young and an Anthony Martial strike put them 3-0 ahead at Vicarage Road, goals from Troy Deeney and Abdoulaye Doucoure in quick succession gave the home side a lifeline with six minutes remaining.
That was until Jesse Lingard wrapped up the three points two minutes later, running from his own half against a retreating Watford defence and slotting the ball past Heurelho Gomes to make it 4-2. Next up for the Red Devils is a crunch clash with Arsenal at the Emirates in tomorrow’s late kickoff - but who will start for them? Mourinho will be without Michael Carrick through injury, whilst Marouane Fellaini, Phil Jones, Eric Bailly and Nemanja Matic are all doubtful.
