The Deputy leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Uche Mefor has presented the Biafran restoration project to the world in Italy. In a hall parked with guest and dignitaries from around the world , the IPOB leader brought to the fore the essence of Biafra and what it seeks to achieve. In recent times, Biafra has become a shining light in the committee of nations even as several countries begin to acknowledge the inevitability of Biafra restoration as a sovereign country.
